1. first of all, Make sure that you withdraw atleast $10 USD before making a withdrawal. since $10 is the minimum ammount that you can withdraw.
2. Make sure that you are already paypal Verified. you can’t withdraw funds from your paypal account if your account is unverified.  if you don’t know how to get paypal verified checkout this post: different ways to get paypal Verified philippines
3. if you already own a credit card, Then you’re lucky… just add it to your paypal account and your done. ;-)

I personally use Unionbank’s EON card to verify my paypal account. EON card is the best Alternative for a credit card. it has no maintaining balance (only a P350 annual fee), and best of all it can be used on paypal, google checkout and basically any transaction online requiring a credit card.

to get an EON card, go to the nearest union bank branch and bring the following requirements:

1. Xerox copy of 2 valid ids
2. copy of your SSS or TIN number (some branches don’t require this, but in my case it was required.)
3. P350 fee
4. P200 initial deposit (for paypal)

the P200 initial deposit is for paypal. Don’t worry, they won’t take your P200, it’s only needed for account verification purposes. they will give it back to you once you had finished verifying your account.

if you’re already paypal verified and looking for a way to withdraw your funds using a different bank account rather than a Union bank account.(ie: banco de oro, BPI, etc..)  then what you should do is link those accounts to your paypal account. here’s how to do it.

1. login paypal
2. under “profile tab” click on Add/edit bank accounts
3. on the bank accounts screen, click on “ADD”
4. Complete the form and hit continue.

note: you will be asked for the “BANK CODES” Here is a list of Bank codes of the Philippines

After you had successfully added your bank account information, you can now withdraw paypal funds to that bank account. if you still have no idea on how to do it, I made a Video a long time ago on how to do it watch it below:

Take note: making a withdrawal to your card is more expensive. so I recommend you withdraw it using your bank account. (eon card can also be used as a bank account)

after completing those steps, you can now relax and wait for the money to arrive at your local bank. this process usually takes about 3-7 business days (mine usually takes 3)

This is the actual Video that I watched from Youtube:

if you go over to watch the video on youtube, You will see many Positive comments about the product. it is because of those positive comments that I actually believe that I can hack paypal..

So what I did is I downloaded the so-called "software" made by the guy who calls himself ‘t3rminH@cker’ and made sure I had $10 on my paypal account. (this was required on the video description.)

After downloading the software he asked for my password and email address, I gave it to him,. one hour after giving him my password, I was shocked to see that there was a New payment made on my transaction history after I logged in to my paypal account. He actually Used my account to buy a domain at Name.com for $9 and sent me a SPOOF email that I actually authenticated the payment. after that, I did not care,. I thought it was all part of the process of "Hacking paypal".

1 hour after that, an email was sent to me by paypal that a "new email adress" was added to my paypal account. which brought me the conclusion.. "Hey, How can I be so F**kn’ STupid! I gave my password and now, my acccount is HACKED!" I quickly deleted the Email address he added, Changed my password, told paypal about it and Quickly Submitted a Dispute claim to name.com to retrieve the $9 unauthenticated payment.

paypal quickly froze my account, I wasn’t been able to withdraw money and pay for my paypal account. and My status became unverified For 3 days,.

The end of story: Good news is that, 3 days After submitting required Documents asked by paypal, They studied it and gave my account back. the $9 stolen from me was returned by name.com.

1. I Learned my lesson on never even ‘try’ to hack paypal again
2. keep my passwords private
3. Don’t Trust youtube videos easily
4. Don’t do unto others what you don’t want others to do unto you
5. Don’t be stupid. (toinks) lol

actually meron ng topic bout this, i just want to make it more clearer…

Step 1
Go to Smart Wireless Center to get a SMcard, the card cost P30, but if you are enrolled under loyalty program there will be P200 fee annually.
Then wait wait for several days until your card was made.

Step 2
Get your card.
there are 2 options in getting ur card
1.) Smart will deliver ur card to ur address
2.) You will get ur card in the Smart Wireless Center where you applied for d card.
if ur option is no. 2, and if the card is already made, a customer service will call you to inform you that you can now get ur card at the Smart wireless center.

Step 3
Deposit money to ur card
The minimum deposit is P500
dati pwedeng mag deposit sa Smart Wireless Center, pero ngaun sa BDO na nagdedeposit ng pera, i just don’t know kung sa ibang Smart wireless center kung ganun din

Step 4
Activate ur card
activate ur card using ur smart menu

step 5
kung walang internet trxn ung ssmart menu nio,
just type on ur mobile phone
internet
and send to 343, this is to update ur samrt menu

step 6
go to smart menu
then go to internet trxn
then unlock

Step 7
add ur card to ur paypal account
(after this transaction, ur SMcard will be locked again for internet trxns)
(you will be needing $1 for adding ur card to ur paypal account)

Step 8
(u have to unlock again ur internet trnxs)
and then then click link and confirm dun sa paypal niyo.
(you will be needing $2 for linking and confirming ur card but $1.95 will be given back to you for about 2 days)

meron kayong mare-receive na txt msg na may EXPUSE, ung 4-digit no. na ita-type nio sa paypal.

then tapus na, verified na kayo!

but what if you don’t have a credit card?

we all heard about Getting Paypal verified with an EON debit card, But what you don’t know is that you can get paypal verified using a Smart money card, and VCC’s or Virtual Credit cards.

Why is paypal asking for these?

• usually it is intended as a Back-up fund just in case You don’t have enough balance to purchase stuff over the internet with your paypal account.
• For security and Account Infringement reasons.
• To remove your Buying and withdrawal Limitations.

Here are the Known ways to get verified..

Using EON card.

this is how I got paypal verified using EON card:

1. Register for a paypal account
2. I applied for an Eon card to the nearest Union bank office.
3. after receiving the card and waiting for 1 week, I immediately Add it to my paypal account.
4. I enrolled for Online banking service of union bank.
5. I waited for the 4 digit code from paypal
6. Checked my transaction history for the paypal 4 digit code
7. add the 4 digit code to paypal
8. Got paypal verified
