1. first of all, Make sure that you withdraw atleast $10 USD before making a withdrawal. since $10 is the minimum ammount that you can withdraw.
2. Make sure that you are already paypal Verified. you can’t withdraw funds from your paypal account if your account is unverified.  if you don’t know how to get paypal verified checkout this post: different ways to get paypal Verified philippines
3. if you already own a credit card, Then you’re lucky… just add it to your paypal account and your done. ;-)

I personally use Unionbank’s EON card to verify my paypal account. EON card is the best Alternative for a credit card. it has no maintaining balance (only a P350 annual fee), and best of all it

paypal wishlist is an application on facebook that automatically gives you $1 for adding the application on your facebook page. it’s a type of paypal‘s promotion actually, together with the Paypal crazy hour. (I’m not sure if this is available on other countries but I think this is available on Asian continent only) the process is very simple. you add the application to your face book page, earn $1 for doing it, and earn more by referring your friends. Refer 1 friend and earn an extra dollar. Refer 50 Friends, get them to sign up,  you’ll have $50 instantly. there is a limit however, you can only refer up to 99 people so when you reach $100 it’s the end of the line for you. Check it’s Terms

Go to Smart Wireless Center to get a SMcard, the card cost P30, but if you are enrolled under loyalty program there will be P200 fee annually.
Then wait wait for several days until your card was made.

but what if you don’t have a credit card?

we all heard about Getting Paypal verified with an EON debit card, But what you don’t know is that you can get paypal verified using a Smart money card, and VCC’s or Virtual Credit cards.

Why is paypal asking for these?

• usually it is intended as a Back-up fund just in case You don’t have enough balance to purchase stuff over the internet with your paypal account.
• For security and Account Infringement reasons.
• To remove your Buying and withdrawal Limitations.
